Product Usage Policy

The products sold by Bag Riders, LLC are intended for show and off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all pertinent laws with regard to air suspension usage.

Coupon Code and Promotion Policy

Only one promotional code can be used per order. 'Full Kit' sales and promotional codes only apply to full kit orders that include both front and rear air struts and/or bag kits. 'Full Kit' orders without front and rear suspension options selected do not qualify for 'Full Kit' discounts.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Typical order handling and processing time is 12 hours for orders placed Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship orders immediately but we reserve the right to take up to four (business) days to ship in-stock products. Business days are Monday through Friday; orders are not processed on weekends.

Products made by AirREX, Air Force Suspension, and Air Runner Suspension as well as all other special order products are not typically kept in stock and are considered 'built to order'. The aforementioned products as well as all other special order and 'built to order' products may take up to eight weeks to be assembled and imported. Our 48 hour turn-around time policy applies to in-stock products only.

International shipping prices do not include import duties or taxes. We are unable to estimate what these importation costs may be. It is the customer's responsibility to research local duties and fees before placing an order. Canadian orders shipped via UPS (Worldwide Expedited) include duties, but other fees and taxes still apply.

Any free shipping offers indicated on BAGRIDERS.COM include no-charge ground shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Standard shipping rates will apply to all other customers.

Returns Policy

Apart from special order items, you may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the restocking fee and shipping costs. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If an international shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all incurred duties and fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of return shipment. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We charge a restocking fee of 3% on all orders that are refunded, no exceptions.
If you need to return an item, simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Price Policy

We do our best to maintain accurate pricing at all times but Bag Riders, LLC can not be held responsible for incorrectly listed prices. Prices may fluctuate without notice do to increased material costs or exchange rate changes.

Privacy Policy

We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address). With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail, see our contact page. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us. With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure socket layer.
