Description of the e-Level System:

When mounting space and cost are paramount, AccuAir’s Rocker Switch interface is a simple, yet effective solution. This system offers exactly the same components and function of the more expensive e-Level 4-Corner Electronic Leveling System, but with a less-expensive interface. The primary function of the Rocker Switch is to access your three saved heights by simply pressing UP to go to your highest saved height or DOWN to go to your lowest saved height (current vehicle height is indicated by red and green LED-illuminated arrows). A small program button (usually hidden under the dash) allows you to toggle through functions like manual control over each air spring individually, manual control over front and rear air springs in "pairs", re-saving each of your heights and adjusting system preferences.

The e-Level™ Electronic Leveling System is the heart of any AccuAir suspension package and provides unparalleled technology and features. This second generation controller allows you to save three unique vehicle positions into memory based on True Position Based Height Sensors installed in each corner of your suspension. These three heights are then instantly accessible by the touch of a button. While parked or driving the system will utilize its RideMonitor™ Mode to maintain the vehicle height while loading or unloading passengers and cargo or when road conditions change while driving. All of this automatic intelligence is unnoticed by the driver providing a consistent and perfected ride quality for all circumstances.

Operation of the e-Level™ system is simple, yet its features are constantly working to provide you with the perfect ride-height in all conditions. Because the e-Level™ system utilizes height sensors instead of pressure sensors, changes in load are accurately corrected for. The adjustments made by an e-Level™ controller are so accurate that each wheel maintains its height within 1/8 th of an inch and actually prevents cross-loading of air springs at a higher accuracy than any other method. This is all made possible because the system calibrates to the vehicle upon installation and then learns how your air suspension behaves over time (similar to the technology used in today’s advanced fuel injection systems). This flexibility allows the e-Level™ controller to be used on any vehicle with a wide variety of valve speeds and requires no user tuning.

Description of the VU4-Corner Valve Unit:

The AccuAir VU4 4-Corner Valve Unit is engineered to provide the cleanest installation and most reliable operation on the market. This electronic solenoid valve unit inflates and deflates up to (4) individual Air Springs and has built-in push-to-connect 3/8” D.O.T. approved air fittings for all of it’s plumbing connections. The robust internal solenoid valve architecture maximizes flow rates, provides bubble-tight sealing, and guarantees operation up to 200 psi for millions of cycles. All of this technology is housed in a unique enclosure design which routes each of the solenoid wires to a single weatherproof connector, eliminating typically loose wires. This not only improves the appearance, but it also guarantees proper operation for every installation. With an overall size of only 5”x 3”x 3” and the ability to survive harsh under vehicle environments, this product is ideal for any application.
