Air Lift Performance Warranty Update
Air Lift has just announced an upcoming change to the warranty on all current products. This change, but any purchases will maintain the old security via the grandfather clause.
3S/3P/3H Systems:
- All 3S/3P/3H systems (and management packages) sold on or after September 3rd, 2021, will have a two-year warranty through either Air Lift or us directly.
- Any system purchased before September 3rd, 2021, will retain the lifetime warranty.
- The two-year warranty is extended to a four-year contract for those who purchase a complete Air Lift Performance air ride kit, meaning Air Lift 3S/3P/3H management + Air Lift front and rear suspension.
- If you purchase management and suspension separately, but within 45 days of each other, this will also qualify you for the extended four-year warranty on your management system.
- A qualifying suspension purchase must include an Air Lift Performance Front and rear kits. This consists of the Performance Series rear kits without shocks and Slam Series kits. A set of 4 Dominator air springs will also qualify you.
Suspension:
- All Air Lift Performance and Slam Series suspension kits will continue to have a one-year warranty.
- The one-year warranty on suspension is extended to a two-year warranty for those who purchase a complete Air Lift Performance air ride kit, meaning Air Lift 3S/3P/3H management + Air Lift front and rear suspension.
- As mentioned above, If you purchase management and suspension separately, but within 45 days of each other, this will also qualify you for the extended two-year warranty on your suspension.
- The suspension purchase must include an Air Lift Performance front kit and rear kit to qualify for the extended warranty. Performance Series rear kits without shocks and Slam Series kits or a set of 4 Dominator air springs are all valid for this qualification.
Individual Parts:
- 3S/3P/3H Replacement Parts (manifold, controller, main harness, etc.) purchased individually will now carry a one-year warranty.
- Viair compressors will now carry a 90-day warranty.
Further Clarification:
When a part is replaced under warranty, is the warranty period extended?
- No, the 24 or 48-month warranty is a set date from purchase. It will not reset if a component is replaced.
If I purchased a complete kit with a different suspension brand (say, for a car ALP doesn't carry suspension for), how does that affect my warranty length?
- The customer will have the standard two-year warranty. No other suspension brands will qualify the 3S/3P/3H for the four-year contract.

- Send an email to sales@bagriders.com with your order number and your issue with your system or suspension. From there, our expert tech department will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and determine whether it is something that is covered or not. We'll begin our warranty process if it's something that we believe is covered.
