Did you know that Bag Riders offers our own built-in-house Air Suspension product line called Super Low? We unveiled Super Low to the public a little over two years ago, knowing our work was nowhere near finished. 

In 2024 we started to phase-in our biggest update to the Super Low line since it’s inception, improved damper internals, which we’re calling Generation 2. Gen 2 internals feature 36-step combined (compression and rebound) adjustment, as opposed to the 32-steps of adjustment found in our original offering. Our instruction sheets have likewise been updated with the damper settings that reflect the actual settings our team found to be the best duing testing.

 

For dampers configured as shocks (as opposed to struts) the Gen 2 internals are visable from the outside, note our new adjustment knobs. 

 

Another upgrade you can easily see from the exterior of our shock and strut designs are the refined billet lower bag plates which showcase our attention to detail.

 

We now import oversized Spherical Bearing retainers for use on non-camber plate applications. This helps to distribute the load of the vehicle more evenly across the upper mount.

 

Generation 2 Super Low struts and shocks will receive improved billet lower mounts when ever possible. The new, one-piece designs are differentiated by the windows at the very bottom. While they are more costly to produce, the one-piece lower mounts improve the minimum achievable length. With maximum adjustability as one of our main features, Super Low is able to supply you with “more low” than ever before. 

 

Last but not least, Super Low kits from mid-2024 and onward include our new Dust Boot design, that helps keep the spherical bearing dry and clean.
