Already have a coilover setup but want to switch to air ride for the lowest cost? You can convert your existing coilovers into air struts using the bags found in this category. Note: these coilover conversion bags will only work for coilovers with an integrated springs & shock and will not work for suspensions with separate springs and shocks. We've got you covered. This conversion kit from Maxload can be custom ordered to your current coilovers' specifications and will include 4 bags and any necessary brackets to replace the coil springs on your coilovers with air springs. Certain cars may require taller pillowball spacers or may require modification of your shocks. Pair it with one of our management packages to complete the setup. If your vehicle contains 4 "true" coilovers or "struts", you will receive 4 thread-on bags to replace your springs. If your vehicle has a separate spring & shock in the rear, the conversion kit will have thread-on type bags for the front and standalone bags and brackets to replace your coil springs in the rear. These conversion kits are not available for vehicles with coilovers that are "true-coil" converted in the rear, such as some BMW models or Nissan Zs. Be sure to fill out the form on this page accurately and one of our Air Ride specialists will reach out to you for more information. DISCLAIMER Although these conversion bags can be custom ordered to most coilovers' specifications, they are still considered a universal product and we cannot guarantee fitment on your vehicle so it's important to measure your bag/spring clearance accurately. We recommend having an inch more clearance in diameter than the bag diameter listed below. Ride quality, as well as total suspension travel will almost always be dictated by your current coilover and we cannot estimate the amount of travel or how much lift/drop you will have since these are still a universal product.
